Accountabilities

• Leverage AI-enabled tools for implementation planning and client communications.
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with customer expectations.
• Conduct implementations and upgrades demonstrating knowledge of procedures and guidelines.
• Guide clients on best practices for maximum efficiency using provided recommendations.
• Conduct training sessions for clients during the implementation process.
• Provide feedback to improve processes based on client and departmental input.
• Travel to client sites for installations following procedural guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Resolve project issues or escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with and mentor other consultants to enhance product knowledge.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with AI-assisted workflow analysis tools.
• Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
• Understanding of client workflow concepts related to software applications.
• Ability to make recommendations based on system interactions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in developing and improving workflow processes.
• Knowledge of various programming languages is preferred.
