Senior Change Management & Communications Specialist

Location: Remote (EST Hours)

Duration: 1218-month contract

Position Overview: The Senior Change Management & Communications Specialist will lead the development and execution of change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies supporting enterprise-wide supply chain and procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support throughout the change process.
• Create and deliver communication plans and materials to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communication efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in change management and communications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
