Requirements (Must-Have):

• Must be available to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Quorum Systems Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining platforms such as mainframes, workstations, and servers in 24x7 business environments.
• Strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency with Quorum products: QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar.
• Experience supporting systems in a cloud environment (preferably AWS).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with databases and data integration.
• Experience with Oracle databases (versions 12 & 19).

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Manage and optimize Quorum products (QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, ECalendar).
• Support the implementation and integration of Quorum systems.
• Provide support for Quorum systems hosted in WS cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and server issues.
• Work with the database layer (Oracle) to resolve data issues and manage integrations.
• Train and support team members on Quorum applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• nalyze system performance and recommend improvements.
