Key Responsibilities
Monitor data center systems for unusual activities or failures.
Provide technical support to teams and clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records of alarms and ticketing systems.
Coordinate routine maintenance and system upgrades.
Assist with network equipment configuration and deployment.

Qualifications
Trade school or associate degree preferred.
2 years of experience in network operations or a related field.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools and software.
Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
