• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools
• Configure and Integrate SAP SD
• Experience with SAP SD & S/4 Hana system
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
• Willing to travel up to 5% domestic and international travel.
• Willing to work in an office (Northridge, CA.) 3 days a week.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

A Plus

• Experience with tools such as Salesforce eCommerce, Jira, SharePoint
• Bi-lingual Korean
