In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.
Key Duties

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations via Zoom
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options clearly and professionally
• Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
• Provide support to clients after enrollment as needed
