Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable cloud infrastructure for our B2B SaaS platform, which leverages machine learning models and cloud-native technologies, and integration with third party windows applications. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture (GCP/AWS/Azure), infrastructure-as-code, windows cloud deployments, and managing complex, data-intensive environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure and the infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling to manage it.
  • Implement best practices for data management and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to design and optimize platform architecture.
  • Ensure operational excellence and contribute to the maturity of our infrastructure platform.
  • Automate the infrastructure and deployment pipelines necessary to run third-party Windows applications securely and scalably on our cloud platform.
  • Design and evolve the internal SaaS and productivity stack to scale with the company's growth.
  • Stay engaged with the latest infrastructure engineering news, standards, and emerging AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud resource provisioning, and system reliability engineering.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools for large-scale production systems.
  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and scaling machine learning infrastructure and model deployment pipelines.
  • Experience in automating cloud infrastructure for third-party Windows application hosting.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
  • Experience with improving performance and reliability of B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Experience improving IT tooling across an organization.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure initiatives.
  • Proven experience in building and shipping B2B SaaS platforms for startups.
