Description:

We are looking for a HCM Implementation Consultant - Payroll

The primary focus of the Payroll Implementation Consultant is to provide varying levels of implementation services through configuration, analysis, validation, project planning, and professional consultative services to clients to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project initiation activities.
  • Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business processes, and operational needs.
  • Develop design documents.
  • Provide professional consulting services in areas of product/service customizations, business processes, complex custom reports, and special projects related to implementation efforts.
  • Work with and counsel clients on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation, and business best practice solutions.
  • Determine best methodology and oversee the accurate and timely conversion of client's data.
  • Build client control information and oversee the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.
  • Oversee formal hand-off of system and operational services to other departments/clients.
  • Participate in establishing and monitoring of client implementation schedule and report status to Project Team members.
  • Prepare individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones.
  • Ensure issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HCM and Payroll implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in system configuration and integration.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational needs.
  • Experience with data conversion and validation processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in consulting and providing professional services.
  • Knowledge of best practices in HCM and Payroll systems.
  • Project management experience.
