This is a newly opened IT Product Manager role focused entirely on Cloudflare's Source to Pay ecosystem. You'll own the roadmap for a suite of procurement and AP platforms Zip, Coupa, Oracle Fusion (AP and Purchasing modules), Mevan, and FairMarket working directly with global process owners in finance and procurement to capture pain points, build out priorities, and drive execution through an Agile/Scrum team. Less executive-facing, more relationship-driven: your job is to be the trusted partner to the people who live in these tools every day.

Job Description:

• Own and manage the product roadmap for Cloudflare's Source to Pay platforms prioritizing new capabilities based on business pain points and stakeholder input
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with global process owners across finance and procurement these are your primary stakeholders
• Facilitate weekly stakeholder alignment calls (you set the agenda, you run it, you own the follow-through), plus bi-weekly Red Zone calls to clear blockers in real time
• Lead quarterly planning and QBR sessions summarizing highlights, lowlights, and what's coming next
• Work cross-functionally with other IT PMs and scrum teams to execute on roadmap items, manage dependencies, and keep things moving
• Translate business requirements from process owners into clear, actionable user stories and backlog items the engineering/dev team can build from
• Maintain a high-level understanding of system integrations across the Source to Pay stack not a technical role, but you need to know how the pipes connect
• Champion Agile ceremonies: daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint refinement, and demos

• 8 years of experience in Product Management the PM principles and ways of working matter most; industry can vary
  
• Hands-on experience with procurement, AP, or purchasing platforms any of the following is a strong signal: Coupa, Zip, Oracle Fusion (AP/Purchasing), SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar
  
• Strong relationship management instincts you know how to build trust with internal business stakeholders, have tough conversations, and keep people aligned
  
• Agile/Scrum fluency you've owned or facilitated ceremonies, not just attended them
  
• Business acumen: you think in terms of business value and impact, not just technical delivery
  
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities Cloudflare moves fast and expects you to build structure out of the gray
  
• 4-year degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  
• Tech/SaaS industry background preferred startup mentality is a big plus
