Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: West Virginia
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Telehealth Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families across West Virginia. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing virtual sessions that support measurable progress and long-term stability for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with internal clinical leadership as needed
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in a telehealth setting

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in the state of West Virginia
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing clinical services independently
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
