In this role, you will serve as a compensation consultant supporting institutional and cross-functional initiatives that advance the organization's compensation strategy. You will provide consultative expertise and analytical support across the organization, including the design, evaluation, and implementation of St. Jude compensation programs, reward strategies, competitive market analyses, equity programs, and related HR initiatives. This position plays a key role in developing new compensation programs and identifying opportunities to enhance existing programs through data-driven insights, benchmarking, and stakeholder collaboration. As a trusted partner within Human Resources, you will contribute thought leadership, ensure compensation practices are market-competitive and compliant, and support continuous improvement of tools and processes to promote efficiency, automation, and proactive decision-making. Opportunities may exist to provide guidance, mentoring, or project leadership to compensation analysts as needed.
