Join our team as a Scheduler Pre-Registrar. In the role of Pre-Registrar Scheduler, you will be responsible for receiving phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. In this role you will complete pre-registration of scheduled patients, and ensure a valid provider order is obtained.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Remote. Must live in Denver metro area (Westminster, Arvada, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, Erie, Denver)

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 1 year previous Radiolody or Patient Access experience preferred.
• Office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes, preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance payors including commercial, government, and third party.
• Ability to work remotely with little to no supervision.
• Ability to multitask and skills.
• High School Diploma or GED, required.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - Prolonged period of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally
