They work with restaurants, hospitality groups, and food service operators to provide high-quality drink mixes and dispensing solutions that allow businesses to prepare and serve fruit beverages quickly and consistently at scale.

Who You Are

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help fuel our growth. As an SDR, you'll be on the front lines of our sales efforts-identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers while setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, understands consultative selling, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Research and target potential customers, primarily property management companies and real estate operators
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales activity records
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or similar outbound roles
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, persistent, and goal-oriented
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred)
  • SaaS or technology sales experience is a plus
Success Metrics:
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
  • Generate qualified opportunities that convert into revenue
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and improve outreach effectiveness
  • Serve as a reliable partner to the Account Executive team
