Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, government facility policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorization where required, and direct individuals to appropriate screening, badging, and/or customer assistance locations per post orders; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site representatives and public agencies as directed; Document security-related observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems
