The Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, managing Workers' Compensation commercial accounts
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Knowledge of complex insurance terminology, concepts, and Workers' Compensation coverages and servicing
  • Proficiency with Insurance Agency Management Systems
  • Microsoft Office

The Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, offering support and expertise on complex commercial insurance needs.
  • Own the entire policy lifecycle, including processing binders, endorsements, and critical certificates.
  • Ensure proper file documentation, data integrity, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Deliver knowledgeable solutions that translate into quantifiable client value.
  • Partner effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
