BUSINESS ANALYST - DTC/OCC/NSCC/FCM Initiatives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our Broker Dealer Back Office team, with a focus on DTC/OCC/NSCC Clearing/Settlement Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Clearing and Settlement processes and the related operational workflows. Experience with or understanding of DTC/OCC/NSCC clearing/settlements is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
• Analyze current-state clearing and settlement processes and design scalable future-state solutions.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and industry standards (DTC, OCC, NSCC).
• Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and project deliverables.
• Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and governance materials.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live validation.

• AVP or VP-level experience within Banking or Capital Markets.
• Strong expertise in clearing and settlements, including DTC, OCC, NSCC, and futures clearing.
• Strong Fixed Income & Equities knowledge.
