Title: Privacy Contracts Liaison Remote Position About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Privacy Contracts Liaison in the sourcing team. This role will act as a critical bridge between the Privacy Legal team, Sourcing, and Suppliers, primarily focused on negotiating and reviewing Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and other privacy-related contractual documents. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, reach out to suppliers and contract finalization processes. 3-6 yrs of experience. Scope is engaging with suppliers to negotiate DPA. Act as a liaison between the DD legal team and the supplier to negotiate one type of document.
