The Role
We are looking for a Jr. Site Strategist to join the What If Web Product Team - a role that sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. This position serves as connective tissue between our technical teams (Engineering, Data Science, and Design) and our non-technical teams (Sales, Media Buying, and Content), translating insights into action and ensuring every department is aligned around revenue and user experience goals.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical aptitude alongside sharp communication skills - equally comfortable diving into a dataset and presenting findings to a non-technical stakeholder. Through deep analysis of recent and historical data and continuous testing, the Jr. Strategist works toward delivering the optimal experience across our website properties. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in office at our Fort Lee, NJ or Flatiron, Manhattan locations (NY/NJ candidates only).
