Job Description
• Prepare staff before client interviews to ensure readiness and confidence
• Lead onboarding and welcome processes for successful hires
• Conduct regular check-ins post-placement to monitor performance and wellbeing
• Be the first point of contact for staff concerns or questions
• Roll out internal engagement initiatives and support programs
• Collaborate with Client Managers to identify and resolve issues early
• Ensure Virtual Coworker values and expectations are upheld across all placements
• Track staff experience and satisfaction, escalating concerns where necessary
• Maintain strong communication and support across a high-volume staff portfolio of approximately 100 staff members (volume may vary)
Skill Set
• At least 2 years of HR Admin or Customer Service Experience • Strong communicator with a warm and supportive tone • Excellent at multitasking and managing people across time zones • Proactive problem-solver with quick decision-making ability • Empathetic but firm when needed - keeps VC's standards at the core
