Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in cost optimization initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in cost analysis, investment evaluation, or risk assessment.
