Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Position Overview

This position supports clients through structured counseling delivered entirely online. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will guide clients through goal-driven sessions while maintaining clear documentation and continuity of care. The role prioritizes clarity, consistency, and professional autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled counseling sessions via telehealth
• Create and update individualized care plans
• Maintain compliant clinical records
• Apply evidence-based counseling methods
• Track outcomes and client engagement
• Adhere to Kentucky counseling regulations

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LPCC license
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience
• Comfortable using telehealth technology
• Reliable time management and follow-through
