We are partnering with a confidential, private-equity-backed organization to recruit a Vice President of Finance to lead FP&A and drive financial transformation during a period of accelerated organic growth.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a finance leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and brings discipline, urgency, and clarity to complex businesses. The VP of Finance will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and executive leadership, delivering forward-looking insights that directly shape strategy and execution.

• Lead financial systems, data, and reporting improvements to support scalability
• Build and lead a high-output FP&A team with clear expectations, accountability, and urgency

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience; 5+ years in senior finance leadership
• Proven success in PE-backed, high-growth environments (MSP, SaaS, or recurring revenue preferred)
• Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial transformation
• Track record of improving forecasting, reporting, and data reliability
• ERP/PSA experience strongly preferred (e.g., Sage Intacct, ConnectWise or similar)
• CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus
