JOB TITLE: Business Intelligence Analyst II
LOCATION: Remote
DURATION: 6 Months
PAY RANGE: $78 - $88/hr.

Job Description:

• This person will focus on high-impact technical and strategic pillars, as part of a People Analytics team operating with our People (HR) org. Key tasks will be:
• Converting recurring manual requests across disparate data sources into automated, unified, self-service tools that speed time-to-insight and time-to-decision for the People/HR function.
• Supporting complex research projects and analyses to predict trends and prescribe actions related to People topics like hiring, retention, and engagement.
• Serving as a consultant and enablement provider alongside people analytics team members, translating workforce data and insights into actionable paths and building capabilities among users.
• Tools such as AI/BI dashboards will be leveraged heavily.

Must Have:

• Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Can identify data gaps in operational processes and propose solutions to close them
• Can synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways
• Data governance and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong grasp of SQL

Nice To Have:

• Tools such as AI/BI dashboards
