Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and configure the system and implement the solution end to end;
• Lead end to end implementation across all application modules from the start to production delivery;
• Demonstrating the product and ability to take accountability and ownership of business and technical design document;
• Apply best practices for system implementation and business analysis in a fast-paced, cloud-based procurement platform implementation;
• Document and effectively communicate design ideas to business owners, stakeholders, and vendor teams using flow-charts, prototypes, wireframes, storyboards and presentations as needed and gain alignment across project teams;
• Elicit, document and validate requirements from clients, and translate those requirements into solution designs;
• Design and develop process and business workflows and assimilate to system-based workflows;
• Participate in discovery sessions to observe, document, and validate business processes and capture key insights using a variety of research methods;
• Collaborate alongside business and technical analysts, project managers, consultants, and system integrator teams to collectively design, develop, and test solutions;
• Compile and develop project documentation, deliverables, and templates, including training materials, and standard forms; performing needs analysis; drafting new materials where needed; testing new materials/forms for usability; and publishing and maintaining tools/templates;
• Use insights from data and analytics to validate solutions and to propose business process improvements and/or changes;
• Execute on several projects concurrently, with a remote team, while balancing competing priorities
• Support hiring a team to support our long-term projects, specifically around procurement technology implementation.
• Manage the execution of deliverables, both short and long-term, via clearly defined milestones, and timelines
• Keep stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risks
• Taking initiative and proactively find ways to remove barriers to move a project forward
• Constantly seeking ways to improve at every iteration, making suggestions for improvement
• Promoting team synergy among team members and foster communication

Qualifications

• At least one certification of the Ivalua product
• At least 3-5 years of configuration experience with Ivalua product
• Intermediate SQL skills (select, insert, update, joins, data types, subqueries/nested queries, etc.)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/XML, web services and SoapUI, especially from a testing perspective
• System, Integration, Regression & End to End testing experience
• Experience with leading software in the ERP and Procurement space (e.g., SAP, Ivalua, etc.)
• Experience in projects related to sourcing/procurement
• In-depth knowledge and experience running an application development project through the entire SDLC
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both clients and internal technical teams
• You are intently focused on the delivery of quality projects, regardless of the challenges
• Contribute to improvements of internal processes and procedures
