Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting firm seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support complex, multi-discipline projects across a diverse client base. This is a direct hire opportunity with remote flexibility within the United States.

This role isideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys both hands-on design work and technical leadership. The Lead Electrical Engineer will play a key role in guiding project execution, mentoring team members, and serving as a technical resource across multiple industries including industrial, power, utilities, healthcare, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering design across multiple projects
• Lead electrical system design efforts including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and related systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines
• Serve as a technical lead or project manager on multi-discipline engineering projects
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support project planning including schedules, budgets, and resource coordination
• Act as a key point of contact for clients on electrical design matters
• Assist with proposals, scope development, and technical reviews
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with ability to obtain reciprocity
• 8-10+ years of electrical engineering experience with progressive project responsibility
• Strong experience with power distribution and building systems design
• Experience working on multi-discipline engineering projects
• Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes and industry standards
• Proven ability to interface with clients and support project delivery
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
