Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled D365 / ERP Platform Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the ERP platform meets business needs and runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
• Manage ERP platform integrations with other systems
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with governance standards
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business users
• Participate in testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience working with D365 or ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, or Operations)
• Experience with ERP configuration, customization, and workflows
• Knowledge of data management, integrations, and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations / Business Central
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Exposure to Azure integrations or third-party ERP tools
• Prior experience in ERP implementation or migration projects

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
