Sr. Financial Analyst

bank is currently going through modernization of our general ledger which will result in changes to data dimension and will have downstream impacts to how data is organized/pulled in our financial modeling and reporting tools. Our team needs contractor resources tosupport remediating efforts by implementing changes to the data sources (i.e. Onestream) and spreadsheet templates that feed our financial reports and financial models to align with the new general ledger dimensions.

Responsibilities:
Designing and building Cube Views by creating new cube views and modifying existing ones to meet financial reporting and modeling requirements
Defining cube view properties by Updating and Setting up new properties like the Point of View (POV), general settings, row/column configurations, member filters, formatting, and report headers/footers
Update/ build spreadsheet templates using the new dimensions to pull Onestream data for various reporting purposes
Develop financial reporting tools to facilitate senior management reviews
Effectively manage deliverables under tight timelines
Identify and enable continuous improvements to drive efficiencies

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of experience managing a financial reporting function
At least 1 year of experience with an EPM tool (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, or similar software)
Experience using Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)
FP&A Financial Experience (preferred)
Baseline accounting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in financial reporting
Experience in financial services industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Excel Proficiency (i.e. Google Sheet preferred)
Hyperion Application Experience (Onestream)
FP&A Financial Experience (preferred)
Baseline accounting knowledge

Two rounds of interviews - first with Alison and second with EM's manager

Must sit onsite hybrid (three days per week) in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA
