A property management firm in Chicago, Illinois, is looking to add a new Skilled Trade Recruiter to their team to primarily focus on supporting with high-volume recruiting.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 3+ months
• Schedule: Full-time
• Hours: 40 hours per week (MST or CST preferred, EST possible)
• Setting: Remote

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
• Conducting searches for qualified candidates using various resources
• Interviewing applicants to assess qualifications and skills
• Preparing and maintaining employment records
• Communicating with applicants regarding opportunities and application status
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 5+ years of Recruitment experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
• Proficiency in Workday and/or Phenom
• Experience with high-volume skilled Trades Recruiting
• Basic knowledge of hiring-related legal policies and procedures
• Exceptional phone etiquette

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
• Experience with Sourcing Strategies from platforms, like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Excellent networking abilities
