Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Mortgage & Insurance Support

Location: remote

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, providing support by researching and resolving loan-level inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while helping individuals navigate complex financial situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries related to mortgage loans, hazard insurance, and property loss
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy while providing effective solutions
  • Research issues thoroughly and ensure accurate, timely resolutions
  • Take initiative to understand each customer's unique situation and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Proactively identify ways to help customers avoid future challenges
  • Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment

    Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • 12+ months of call center experience
  • Banking, insurance or financial experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow within the role
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
