A virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide telepractice services for the remainder of the school year. This role supports students in need of speech-language therapy through remote sessions, focusing on the delivery of compensatory services.

Location:

• Primarily serving Mission Viejo, CA, with consideration for professionals in surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver telepractice speech-language therapy services to school-aged students.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations.
• Provide compensatory services as outlined in student education plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards in virtual service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license or credential.
• Experience providing speech therapy in school settings.
• Proficiency in telepractice platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage students effectively in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of compensatory education services and school health guidelines.
