Responsibilities
* Mentor associate attorneys in your office.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
* Follow established firm standard operating procedures.
* Case strategy leadership.
* Client relationship management.
* Contribution to firm culture and process improvement.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar.
* Previous family law experience.
* Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
