Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service; Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, etc.); Ensure proper timing/pace during service from your station to meet or exceed Four Seasons standards; Be responsible for safety of staff and guests, allergies, equipment training, time and temp control; Forty hours over a five-day period; schedule may vary based on need
