Office Administrator - The Grounds Guys of Myers Park

Remote with some in person meetings - Charlotte, NC

We're looking for an organized, proactive Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly and our clients well taken care of. This role is the backbone of the office, supporting leadership, crews, and customers with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day office operations: scheduling, invoicing, and administrative tasks
• Handling customer communication with a high level of care and responsiveness
• Using LMN and Real Green for scheduling, invoicing, job tracking, and reporting (experience preferred, but not required)
• Identifying needs, solving problems, and taking initiative without being asked
• Assisting with internal organization, documentation, and process improvement

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced landscape service environment
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay ahead of tasks and problem solve independently

Remote Work Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting cloud-based software and video calls
• A dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for focused work and confidential conversations
• Strong communication and responsiveness during working hours
• Availability during core business hours for calls, team communication, and customer support
• Ability to attend in-office days, site visits, and team meetings as scheduled
• Proficiency with digital tools specifically Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
• Secure handling of company and customer information

Experience/Education

• High school diploma required
• College degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years administration experience, preferably in the landscaping industry

The starting pay range for this position $18-22/hr. and is dependent on your experience.
