PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Monday - Thursday

6:00 am - 4:00 pm

$19.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine specifications
• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
• Adjust machine settings, including speed, pressure, and material feed, for optimal performance
• Inspect first-run and finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
• Assist in other areas of production as needed

• 1-3 years of press brake or related metal fabrication experience
• Experience with Trumpf equipment preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Basic understanding of blueprints, measurements, and fabrication processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
