Rosewood Hotels - - Responsibilities: Maintains cleanliness of all assigned areas; Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes; Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand; Reports daily to the Stewarding/Culinary Team leaders on duty and receives assignments; Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented
