Unifi Services - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and other queries or complaints; Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and wheelchair assistance; Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding and reservations; Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine; Assist ramp agents to load and unload wheelchair-accessible equipment and gate-checked items
