Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to the public and site personnel at a government aviation location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance hazards and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and restricted areas by verifying credentials as required, directing visitor flow, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts through proper channels.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, crowd management, and coordination with local authorities and/or onsite personnel.; Complete routine documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and communicate significant events promptly to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
