Unifi Services - - Responsibilities: Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information; Assists in the recruiting process to include processing applications and new-hire paperwork, interviewing candidates as needed and tracking applicant flow information; Maintains personnel records of active and terminated employees according to company policy; Enters new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into HRIS system; Answers questions concerning benefits, schedules, uniforms, policy and escalates employee concerns in a professional and timely manner
