Position Summary

The Director of Finance will manage the organization's corporate finance and funding platforms, including a capital markets program as well as relationships and credit facilities with bank and other capital providers. The position will manage complex transactions and provide accurate and timely financial related analysis to management.

This role partners with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline, and support data-driven decision-making that enables sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Support major initiatives including acquisitions, capital investments, and expansion strategies.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow planning and capital allocation strategies.
• Evaluate return on investment for major projects and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with bank lenders, institutional investors, and external legal counsel.
• Create and operate financial models of asset/liability cash flows and business performance.
• Provide recurring and ad hoc financial, capital, and corporate development analysis to support the growth and capital strategy of the company.
• Manage all aspects of the funding platforms for multiple business units.
• Research, structure, and implement new financing arrangements.

Education and Experience

• You have a bachelor's degree in business or finance.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in finance (depending on level)
• Experience with large transaction management and/or capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated self-initiative and drive in an ambiguous environment.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning skills.
• Ability to exhibit leadership qualities.

Supervisory Responsibility.

• This position supervises Analysts in the Finance department.

Travel Requirements

• This position requires some travel. Travel is outside the local area and overnight
