Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Assess client needs and present appropriate benefit options with clarity and professionalism
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered service
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration
- 100% remote position available to U.S.-based candidates
