Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, train, and develop banquet employees and supervisors.; Maintain a visible presence during operations to support staff and deliver outstanding guest service.; Coordinate event setup and execution based on Banquet Event Orders.; Partner closely with Catering and Conference Services teams to ensure all event details are flawlessly delivered.; Oversee labor management, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
