Remote Job Description:

• We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform.
• This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support, working closely with IT and automation teams.

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Conduct instance upgrades
• Manage users, roles, updates, and system configurations
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)
• Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro - Certification
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Prior contract or consulting experience
