A Lead Spa Attendant provides support and assistance to the department of the Health Club/ Fitness Center/ Spa/ Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Supervise, train and coach the Spa Attendants in a professional manner, following existing hotel policies and guidelines. Responsible for the quality of service and the overall appearance of the reception desk, locker rooms, lounges, saunas, steam rooms, roman pools, and showers. Provide guests with information about facilities and their use, treatments and their purpose. Perform duties of staff positions as needed. What are we looking for?
