Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, administrative areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, with working environments and conditions varying by location; Monitor access points and restricted areas, checking identification and/or access credentials when required and reporting unauthorized entry attempts per site procedures; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management and coordinating with local authorities as directed; Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
