Technical Documentation Specialist (Hybrid / San Diego)
What You'll Do
- Review and clean up a large library of existing technical documentation (several thousand documents)
- Edit and standardize documents for clarity, structure, and consistency
- Remove outdated references and ensure documentation is accurate and properly formatted
- Organize documentation using metadata and collaborate with internal teams to validate content
- An experienced technical writer or documentation specialist with strong editing skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working through large volumes of documents
- Able to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, structured content
- Comfortable working independently and managing documentation projects with minimal oversight
