Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Utilize non-verbal ques to clear finished plate and glassware from the table, and mark table with necessary silverware between courses.; Inquire on water preference, ensuring water glasses are consistently at least 50% full to Four Seasons standard.; Provide bread service and maintain inventory of bread through communication with Chef responsible for ordering product.; Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition before and after service daily.; Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guests needs before requests are necessary.
