JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Clarizen System Administrator and Project Support Specialist to oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of Clarizen environments to enhance our project and portfolio management processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing system performance, developing custom workflows, and supporting user needs through technical assistance and tailored training programs. This role is crucial for ensuring our project management tools align with business strategies and contribute to overall process improvements and decision-making capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and maintain Clarizen settings, manage user permissions, and ensure system performance.
• Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrate Clarizen with other business systems.
• Provide technical support and training to Clarizen users, including creating documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvement, ensuring Clarizen meets organizational needs.
• Generate reports and analyze data for insights to improve project performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong expertise in Clarizen administration and configuration
• Proficient in project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
