Description:

Our client is a global Insurance Carrier that provides a competitive market to MGA's, MGU's & Program Administrators. By utilizing insurtech principles, technology & data collection, our client can provide it's partners with tremendous service and risk management tools.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the quality of the processes, products, and services and also involves managing the four pillars of quality management: quality control planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and control quality standards
  • Develop quality procedures and assess data quality
  • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
  • Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
  • Identify and document issues and remediation actions
  • Manage remediation actions and recommend pre-emptive controls
  • Monitor and report quality metrics
  • Collaborate with senior management and business functions on data quality issues
  • Maintain and improve internal controls for compliance
  • Enable and monitor adherence to SOX controls

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
