Job Description:
Epiq is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, court-driven settlement and claims administration matters from start to finish. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with full ownership over execution, timelines, financials, and team performance.
Senior Project Managers are accountable for ensuring matters are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with court orders and client expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for attorneys and stakeholders, while also coordinating internally across data, operations, call center, disbursements, and technology teams.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day execution of multiple active settlement administration matters
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, risks, and changes in scope
- Translate settlement agreements and court orders into detailed, executable project plans
- Manage fixed, court-mandated deadlines in highly regulated, accuracy-critical environments
- Coordinate work across cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Track progress at a detailed level and adjust plans as volumes, timelines, or requirements evolve
- Own project financials, including estimates, budgets, forecasting, and invoice review
- Lead, mentor, and prioritize work for Project Coordinators supporting your matters
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization across Client Services
What We're Looking For - 7+ years of project management experience in professional services, legal services, financial services, or other regulated, deadline-driven environments
- Proven experience owning client delivery end to end (not just coordination)
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing complexity
- Clear, confident communicator able to work directly with attorneys and senior stakeholders
Strongly Preferred - Experience in settlement administration, claims administration, litigation support, or legal operations
- PMP certification
- Experience managing or mentoring junior project staff

The Compensation range for this role is 95,000 - 110,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

- Location-based market rate for the role
