Job Description:
Build and maintain scalable backend systems powering efficient at-home healthcare delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain APIs and WebSockets for integration with internal and third-party systems
  
• Design and structure databases for efficient API communication
  
• Maintain cloud-based backend infrastructure
  
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure system architecture
  
• Collaborate with frontend for API testing and validation
  

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 3-5 years of experience with NestJS (must be core backend expertise)
    
  • Proficiency in REST APIs and WebSockets
    
  • Strong experience building scalable APIs and data structures
    
  • Basic frontend experience (for API validation/testing)
    
  • Proficient with Python and Linux
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
    
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in both web and mobile development
  • AWS experience
